个人简介
张军,男,教授,博士,江西省青年井冈学者,江西省百千万人才工程入选者。现为赣南师范大学博士研究生导师(化学生物学方向),中科院华南植物园博士研究生导师,国家脐橙工程技术研究中心博士后科研工作站合作导师,赣南师范大学硕士研究生导师。主持完成国家自然科学基金3项、江西省科技厅重点研发项目4项。现主要从事柑橘加工贮藏、植物源柑橘农药等天然活性物质开发利用研究。

研究兴趣
1、柑橘资源综合开发利用研究:赣南脐橙等江西特色柑橘加工贮藏基础及应用开发研究。赣南脐橙NFC橙汁、益生菌发酵橙汁、脐橙切片等产品开发关键技术研究。赣南脐橙功能活性成分挖掘以及副产物资源的高值化开发利用研究。赣南脐橙绿色防腐保鲜剂开发。
2、天然活性分子的发掘利用研究:综合运用微生物发酵工程、现代分离分析及化学生物学先进技术,从中草药、特色植物及微生物次级代谢产物中发掘天然活性分子,评价其在药品、食品及日化产品中的应用潜能,开发天然药物、天然源农药以及天然功能保健食品。
