【个人简介】

黄桂艳,女,博士,硕士生导师。主要研究柑橘与致病细菌的互作分子机理,包括黄龙病菌致病相关基因的鉴定,黄龙病菌致病机理的解析,柑橘抗病基因挖掘及功能研究等。主持国家自然科学基金项目、江西省科技厅项目、江西省教育厅科学技术研究项目和旱区作作物逆境生物学国家重点实验室开放课题各1项。主要承担本科《生物化学》、《植物学实验》、动植物野外实习和研究生《分子生物学实验技术》和《现代园艺学前沿进展》等教学工作。

20196月至今,赣南师范大学,生命科学学院,讲师。

1. 国家自然科学基金地区科学基金项目,黄龙病菌效应蛋白SDE-G1通过靶向植物高尔基体干扰柑橘囊泡运输的机制研究35万元,2022.01-2025.12,在研,主持。

2. 江西省科技厅青年项目,柑橘黄龙病菌I型分泌系统及其分泌蛋白的初步功能研究6万元,2020.07-2022.12,主持完成

3. 江西省教育厅科学技术研究一般项目,柑橘黄龙病菌效应蛋白LAS20的靶标鉴定及功能研究,3万元,2021.01-2023.12,主持完成
