个人简介


张军,男,教授,博士,江西省青年井冈学者,江西省百千万人才工程入选者。现为赣南师范大学硕士生导师,中科院华南植物园博士研究生导师,国家脐橙工程技术研究中心博士后科研工作站合作导师。主持完成国家自然科学基金3项、江西省科技厅重点研发项目4项。现主要从事柑橘加工贮藏、植物源柑橘农药天然活性物质开发利用研究。

本课题组招生园艺学方向硕士研究生,招生天然产物化学博士研究生(与中国科学院华南植物园联合培养)。招聘具有天然产物化学、农产品加工、园艺资源综合开发利用等研究背景的博士后。同时,课题组也欢迎优秀本科生加入,开展创新创业教育实践。

研究兴趣

1、 柑橘资源综合开发利用研究:主要开展a)赣南脐橙品质分析、橙汁加工关键技术研究; b)赣南脐橙皮渣、落果等脐橙资源的活性物质开发利用研究; c)赣南脐橙贮藏保鲜研究d)南康甜柚、井冈蜜柚、马家柚南丰蜜桔等江西特色柑橘的加工贮藏资源高值化开发利用研究。

2、天然活性分子发掘利用研究综合运用生物发酵工程、现代分离分析及化学生物学先进技术,从中草药、特色植物及微生物次级代谢产物中发掘天然活性分子,评价其在药品食品日化产品中的应用潜能开发天然药物、天然源农药以及天然功能保健食品。
